I am Divya, your companion on the path to spiritual enlightenment. Within the serene sanctuary of Sahale Spiritual Wellbeing, I serve as your seasoned guide and nurturing mentor. For the past eight years, I have delved deeply into the sacred arts of yoga, meditation, energy healing and hypnotherapy.

Hey everyone, this is Devanshi. My yoga journey started as a self-practitioner about 12 years ago. The motivation was intensely personal – I was trying to find mental & physical well-being. Having experienced the transformative impact on my health through my regular practice, I underwent 500 + hours of intense professional training to learn yoga’s physical, mental and spiritual dimensions. I finally became a full-time, professionally qualified Hatha and Astanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher.
